Questions
What are Dareflow Credits?
Credits pay for the AI parts of Dareflow — an AI-written plan uses 3, a practice conversation 2, an assistant message 1. Viewing results, completing actions, the quiz and your history never use credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits refresh on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't roll over. Credits you buy never expire, and they're only used after your monthly credits run out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your plans and history stay.
What happens when I hit a Free limit?
Nothing breaks. You can keep completing actions and use the standard planner. Dareflow tells you what the limit is and when it resets, and you can upgrade or buy credits if you want more.
Is Dareflow therapy?
No. Dareflow is a confidence and action-planning tool for things like networking, interviews and speaking up. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If you're struggling, please contact a qualified professional (9-8-8 in Canada and the US).
Refunds?
If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out. Refunded credit packs remove the credits they added.
