Terms of Service

1. Using Dareflow

You need to be at least 13 to use Dareflow. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

2. What Dareflow is — and isn't

Dareflow is a confidence and action-planning tool. It isn't therapy, counselling or medical care, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Suggestions are general and may not suit your situation — you decide what to do. If you're struggling, contact a qualified professional (9-8-8 in Canada and the US).

3. AI-generated content

Some features use AI. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it before relying on it — especially before sending a message or making a decision. Don't submit information you don't have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Dareflow to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or to plan anything illegal.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits.
• Don't create accounts to abuse referral rewards or free allowances.

5. Dareflow Pro

• Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a price changes, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

6. Dareflow Credits

• Credits pay for AI features. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Monthly included credits refresh on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't roll over.
• Purchased and bonus credits don't expire while your account is open. They're removed if the payment for them is refunded or reversed.
• Credits used for a request that fails are returned automatically.

7. Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, email scottwang320@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll work it out with you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Dareflow to you (see the Privacy Policy). If you choose to submit feedback and allow it to be shown publicly, you permit us to display it with the name you choose.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. We'll give notice where reasonable.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Dareflow is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

11. Changes

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and tell account holders before they take effect.

12. Governing law and contact
