Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, name (if you add one), time zone and preferences.
• What you write in Dareflow — quiz answers, situations, plans, actions, ratings and reflections.
• Billing records — your plan, subscription status and credit history. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
• Usage events — for example “quiz completed” or “plan created”, with non-identifying details like a pattern name or a 1–10 rating. Never the text you write.
• Technical data — basic logs and error reports needed to keep the service working. Request bodies are removed from error reports.

How we use it

• To provide Dareflow: build your plans, show your progress, send reminders you ask for, and process payments.
• To generate AI results: when you use an AI feature, the text needed for that request is sent to our AI provider to produce your result.
• To improve the product using aggregated usage events.
• To contact you about your account, receipts and — if you allow it — occasional product emails. You can turn product emails off in Settings.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase — database and sign-in
• Vercel — hosting
• Anthropic — AI features
• Stripe — payments
• Resend — email delivery
• PostHog — product analytics (non-identifying events only)
• Sentry — error monitoring
• Google — Calendar, only if you connect it

These providers may process data outside your country. They only receive what they need for their part of the service.

Sharing

If you choose to share a quiz result, the link shows pattern names and scores only. Turning sharing off disables the link. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting your account (Settings → Privacy) permanently removes your plans, actions, reflections, quiz results and credit history and cancels any subscription. Payment records held by Stripe are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

• Update your details and email preferences in Settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data or for corrections by emailing scottwang320@gmail.com.
• Delete your account at any time.

Age

Dareflow is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

See Trust & Security for how we protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell affected users promptly if a breach affects their information.

Changes and contact
