I didn't get the verification email
Check spam and promotions, then try signing up again with the same address — you'll get a fresh link. Links expire after a while for security.
How do I reset my password?
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. We'll email a reset link if an account exists for that address.
How do I change which emails I get?
Settings → Notifications. Reminders, the weekly report and product emails can each be turned off. Receipts are always sent.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This permanently deletes your plans, actions, reflections, quiz results and credits, turns off any share links, and cancels your subscription.
